Shipping Policy

• Courier Partners: We utilize trusted third-party logistics providers (e.g., NinjaVan, J&T, PosLaju).
• Delivery Timelines: All provided delivery dates are estimates only. Pearl Ray Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Shipping Charges: Fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination (inclusive of applicable SST).
• Transfer of Risk: We remain responsible for the Goods until they are successfully delivered. Risk passes to the Buyer only upon physical delivery to the address provided in the order.

Damaged Parcels: Crucial: You must inspect your parcel upon arrival. Any items damaged or leaking during transit must be reported within three (3) working days of receipt. Please email photos of the outer box and the damaged goods to i-care@bawang.my.
